Gil Elvgren (March 15, 1914 - February 29, 1980) was an American painter of pin-up girls, advertising and illustration. Elvgren was one particular of the much more important pin-up and glamor artists of the twentieth century. Right now he is known for his pin-up pictures for Brown & amp Bigelow. studied Elvgren at the American Academy of Art.
