Designed by Philadelphia-primarily based Studio Metcalfe Architecture & amp Style, the 3775-square-foot property in Seidenberg Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, United States.

The modern kit property previously restored mid-century takes complete advantage of its original place the lush forests of the Southeastern Pennsylvania. We pushed the upper level of this structure in the treetops, transforming it into a property in the sky, with an expanded second floor living space and entry, and renovated kitchen, living location and bathroom.

We reconfigures the modest, existing entrance in a skylittwo story entrance location, through a glass bridge crossed on the second story. This hall leads now in increasingly open kitchen, dining and living rooms. New windows in the kitchen and dining locations have panoramic views of nature.

The second floor bedroom and bathroom also has a spacious, light-filled oasis in the treetops , Boasting panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, we developed the look of a floating roof in the bedroom with clerestory windows and eight-meter-higher glass doors that open onto a balcony overhanging the suite. The steel and tempered glass footbridge that produced by a local artisan, connects the bedroom and bathroom to the rest of the residence
