Developed by Robert Harvey Oshatz Architect is the Chenequa residence a household house presents an original and very dynamic design.

The building preserved is the initial phase of construction and contains the main living locations for the loved ones. The second phase, to be carried out at a later date by a glass-covered swimming pool area and a suite for going to grandparents

Right after parking on the roundabout, is the approach to the property on foot, following a little stone wall that is beneath a low Hemlock paneled roof continues. During a stroll by means of the glass door, the compression of the low entry explodes in a celebration of light and kind. A massive circular opening in the floor gives a new layer and the low roof lifts and rotates out of view, followed by a cantilevered staircase. A solid stone core is in the middle of every thing, like a choreographer line dance around him.
